Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Warranty Policy – Full Lifetime Warranty
Coverage:
All firearms and parts manufactured by All Things Firearm (ATF) are backed by our 90 Day Warranty. ATF-manufactured firearms and parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the warranty period.
Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear, neglect, corrosion
- Improper use or defective/reloaded ammunition
- Unauthorized modifications or installation of non-ATF or third-party parts (these void the warranty)
Claims Process:
- Submit a claim via the Contact Form and select “Problem with an ATF Product.”
- Include a completed Repair Request Form and RMA with the returned item.
- ATF provides a prepaid return label.
- Firearms must be returned in full for warranty service — no partial replacements.
If the item must be replaced and requires a new serial number, it will be shipped to an FFL for re-transfer. The customer is responsible for any FFL fees.
Disclaimer:
ATF is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. (This limitation may not apply in states where exclusions are not permitted by law.)
