Our goal is to make purchasing and returning products as simple as possible

All Firearms sold by ATF are factory new.

If there is a manufacturing defect, it must be returned to the manufacturer. ATF can not accept returns of firearms after they have been transferred. 

Prohibited items or firearms refund or return due to State or County regulations

Prohibited items will never ship to prohibited areas. When ATF determines that the shipping zip code is within a prohibited area, there will be a 20% restocking fee.(i.e. magazine capacity, tannerite, firearm, etc.) It is up to the individual customer to know their local laws before ordering..

Ammunition Returns

Due to safety concerns, there are no refunds or returns of ammunition 

Other Product Returns

The product was purchased within 30 days.

If the product is a returnable product

Ensure the product is still in the original packaging and is not damaged. Damaged packaging is subject to a 25% restocking fee, products showing excess usage may be returned to the customer.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping UNLESS the reason for return is the fault of ATF. (ie. the gross misrepresentation of product, wrong product received)

Please allow 10 days for your package to be received and processed.
